I have lived here for ten years & there has never been a crew as steady as this crew : Mercedes Sandoval (Manager) Blangela G (Assistant Manager) Carlos Gordones (Maintenace) Emmanuel Ramos (Maintenance) Frank Reinozo (Leasing agent)! Not only are they on top of my needs, they are friendly, so friendly that whenever I see them they all say hello to me by name & ask me how I am or if I need anything. Miller Estates has over 300 units so it's impressive that they remember me at all. If there's no time to talk they will always smile & give a wave, even if they're busy with a hard day! Alot people say you can't reach them, I email the office & usually get a response if not the same day, the next. Otherwise I walk in. Like I said, over 300 units, which means over 300 people are trying to reach them at the same time. The grounds have been kept great & the office communicates much better than previous crews. Prices are fare, fines people talk about are their own mistakes & they just want to blame someone else for it. Just make sure to actually read your lease & you'll be fine. I'm super grateful for our entire crew here & hope you like them too! 💗
